Kelly’s Slow Flow Vinyasa class incorporates mindful meditation, basic and restorative poses, as well as Vinyasa sequencing to build strength, create relaxed focus, and instill practices for self-care. Look forward to starting your weekends off with a centering practice in community to help clear away the energy of the past week and set your intentions for the week to come.
